Mexico for Hurricane Dean's second strike

The storm may come ashore between the port cities of Tampico and Veracruz ``within a few hours,'' the U.S. National Hurricane Center said at 10 a.m. Veracruz time. Dean struck the Yucatan Peninsula yesterday with winds of 168 mph before weakening over land. The hurricane was about 95 miles north of Veracruz, the center said.
