Cuban javelin thrower among worlds best

Cuban athlete Guillermo Martinez showed he is in top form in preparation for the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro this July with an 85.93 meter javelin throw at the Grand Prix of Fortaleza, Brazil. Martinez, 25, moved into third place in the 2007 world rankings behind Athens 2004 champion Andreas Thorkildsen of Norway (86.39) and Aleksandr Ivanov of Russia (86.26). Read More
