<p style="text-align: justify;">Brasilia, the only city built in the 20th century and declared World Cultural Heritage, is decked out for the inauguration of the first woman president of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, on Sunday.The Explanade of the Ministries of Brasilia, which turned 50 years old last April 21, is ready to receive about 70,000 people who will take part in the different inauguration-related activities.According to the official program, the ceremony will start at 14:30 hours (local time) with a parade in a convertible car through different areas of the Explanade of the Ministries.
