Cuban VP to Attend Rousseff Inauguration

As reported by Granma newspaper, the Cuban delegation is also comprised of Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, and the Secretary of the Council of State, Homero Alvarez Acosta.hr/rab/hmr/las
