Cuban Baseball Prepares for Int''l Tournaments

Cuba: New Private Employment Regulations Go into Effect

Iran boosts line of credit

September 10 – Maradona Stuck In Argentina

<p style="text-align: justify;">Diego Maradona might not have this same problem now after his poor showing as national team manager but on this day in soccer history in 2004 the Argentinean soccer icon was refused permission by his family and the courts to leave Argentina for Cuba. The former Argentina captain was in a psychiatric clinic outside Buenos Aires after being admitted in the spring due to heart conditions.
