Opening up bay area to Cuba, Switzerland holds prospect of trade, jobs

For the first time in 15 years, Tampa International Airport added a European flight with direct service to and from Zurich. And for the first time in 51 years, we have direct commercial flights between Tampa and Havana. I will go anywhere if it means jobs for Tampa. Softball Competition expected to be of high level at Panam Games

Cuba ready to hold talks with US

Soil Conservation Project being applied in central province

<p style="text-align: justify;">SANTA CLARA, Cuba, Sept 26 (acn) A project for the protection of agricultural soils is being applied at the central Cuban province of Villa Clara, in order to reduce salinity and compression of fields and to increase the amount of macronutrients in the soil.The head of the project, Damaris Pascual, explained ACN that these actions are part of a plan to favor productive areas and establish permanent methods for using and preserving the soil as their contribution to face climate change. Two wins for the Cuban Boxers at the Baku 2011 Wold Championship
