Dutch company has golf plans for state-owned marina community

<p style="text-align: justify;">Amsterdam-based Romar Finance, which has had a presence in Cuba for 15 years, is planning to expand a 270-yacht marina and renovate hotels at Tarará, a gated luxury community in East Havana mainly built in the 1940s by American Royal S. Webster. A Romar subsidiary began planning of the marina at Tarará one-and-half years ago. The first phase of the project includes dredging, rebuilding and expanding the marina, and renovating an existing motel, according to official business weekly Opciones.
