Hurricane Paula could traverse most of Cuba

Different hurricane models in the US currently agree that hurricane Paula will turn east from the tip of Yucatan to enter Cuba at its western end, and will then curve down to the southeast, following the curve of Cuba itself. 100 000 Cubans entered farm sector

The Communist Party newspaper Granma said the project will lay 3,125 miles (5,000 kilometers) of cable linking Cuba, Jamaica and Venezuela, and that its anticipated cost has risen from $63 million to $70 million. 40% of Cuban agricultural land suffers erosion: expert
