Foreign delegations to Iberian-American Festival

<p style="text-align: justify;">The Organizing Committee of the Iberian-American Culture Festival confirmed the assistance of a dozen artistic delegations to this event, which will take place in the north-eastern city of Holguin from October 24 to 30. Repeal of 'common stance' seems unlikely
