Foreign delegations to Iberian-American Festival

<p style="text-align: justify;">The Organizing Committee of the Iberian-American Culture Festival confirmed the assistance of a dozen artistic delegations to this event, which will take place in the north-eastern city of Holguin from October 24 to 30. Tatiana Zuñiga, president of this committee, told AIN that to the date their presence has been confirmed by artists and creators from Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Costa Rica, Haiti, Canada, Spain and Portugal. Repeal of 'common stance' seems unlikely
