Cuban Triathlete Finishes Third at PanAm Cup
Competitors from 15 countries took part in the tournament, where the Cuban athlete, who was the Central American and Caribbean champion in Havana 2006, obtained good results in all three contests, clocking 2:14.10 hours.

According to experts, she must move up from the 49th place in the Pan-American ranking.

In the men's competition, Christ Fosters (US) finished first (1:58.15 hours), followed by Chile's Felipe Van de Wyngard (1:59.07) and Brazil's Wesley Matos (1:59.42).

The next stage of the Pan-American Cup is scheduled for April 25 in Mazatlan, Mexico.
