During his visit to Havana, the Brazilian President and his Cuban counterpart Raul Castro presided over the inauguration of the APEX-Havana Business Support Center in the Cuban capital and the signing of a contract setting up a international economic association between Brazil’s Petrobras company and Cuba’s Cupet S.A. enterprise in the oil sector.
The joint accord establishes oil exploration and production during a 32-year term.
