The fiesta was organized by the Ministry of Culture, reported the Cuban Foreign Affairs Ministry's website.

The audience sang the lyrics and danced to every song for over three hours, along Van Van singers Roberton, Abdel and Mayito.

Its director Juan Formell made a special gesture with the children when he asked security officers to let them come upfront to the first row to enjoy the show.

Van Van is a Grammy-award-winning popular Cuban orchestra with close to four decades of existence.
