Choquehuanca is heading a delegation made up of the general director of Bilateral Relations and Cults, Jean Paul Guevara Avila; advisor to the ministers cabinet, Nelly Pinto Melgarejo, among other officials from Bolivias Foreign Ministry.

The Bolivian government official and his delegation come to Cuba amidst particular tensions in his country following destabilizing and secessional plans aimed against the countrys current constitutional order and territorial integrity.

The Bolivian Foreign Ministers visit to Cuba will further tighten friendship and cooperation links between both governments and nations and it will also be the framework to hold the Second Cuba-Bolivia Meeting of Political Consultations, Granma newspaper reported on Monday.

During his stay in Cuba, Choquehuanca will hold official talks with Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque and he will also meet with other Cuban government officials.
