Wide representation of medical personnel from Camagüey providing humanitarian aid across the world

Almost three thousand trained medical personnel from Camaguey provide their specialized services in 43 countries in Latin America, Africa, the Caribbean basin and Asia; as a token of solidarity.
Doctors, nurses, specialists and technicians have saved thousand of lives in their labor as members of the International Brigade Henry Revee, in Pakistan and Indonesia, lands that were pummelled by natural disasters.
The local medical staff also plays an active role in the Operation Miracle, consisting on the surgical treatment of cataract, pterygium, glaucoma and other eye diseases; that has restored the sight to thousand of people from countries like Bolivia, Venezuela and other neighbouring nations.
