Diana Martinez, member of the Council of State and vice president of the Health, Sports and Communal Services Commission, and Margarita Velez, secretary of that entity, will also report on plans for next year in the mentioned areas.
Special effort by 35 deputies belonging to that commission included public hearings in nine provinces with extensive participation.
In those hearings, people debated those issues, emphasizing community participation along with the Peoples Power authorities in activities aimed at improving people s living standard.
An important point was the intensification of labor to eradicate the mosquito transmitting dengue fever and arrangements to start in 2007 sustainability in that campaign.
Congress people met with the leadership of the National Institute of Sports and Recreation, where they evaluated efforts to keep sports as a right of all people and preparation for coming national events abroad.
