Cuba to carry out economic reforms while keeping socialism

New airline to fly Managua-Havana

<p style="text-align: justify;">Startup airline Nica Air plans to begin operations in Nicaragua this summer with routes to Mexico City, Havana and Caracas, efe reported.Nica Air is a project of investors from Mexico and Nicaragua.The airline, which has a fleet of the Boeing 737-300, will fly to Havana three times per week, according to a Nicaraguan government officials quoted by the Spanish news agency. Carter plans trip to Cuba at government's invite
