Orleans Ulises García Palma is a resident of the municipality of Sibanicú in Camagüey (30,753 in 2016), who has written to the newspaper Juventud Rebelde to complain that in his town the consultations of specialists for lack of transport for doctors have been suspended since November.

According to the affected person, nobody is guaranteeing the transportation of specialists from Guáimaro to Sibanicú. This has led to the suspension of the consultations scheduled for November 21 and January 16.

The suspension of the consultations left unattended since November Sibanicú patients with arms in casts.

The Government's commitment is that each Thursday two specialists come to the town. However, this has not been fulfilled. They have only gone two consecutive Thursdays.
