Cuban pharmaceutical industry takes part in event in Denmark
In late November it took place a meeting in Copenhagen attended by some 400 representatives of producers and suppliers of vaccines, diagnostics, active pharmaceutical ingredients and contraceptive means and agencies of the United Nations.
The event led to a dialogue between companies in this sector and allowed the update of the state of the art on actions that can be implemented to increase production levels, quality and supply of drugs.
BioCubaFarma was present at this meeting, with the participation of the Head of International Relations of the Finlay Institute of Vaccines, MSc Ricardo Perez Valerino. The invitation to participate in this event is a recognition of the scientific, productive and research results achieved in this area, which has allowed Cuba to become a country that exports drugs and vaccines.
