Cuba will propose Washington a trilateral health assistance project for Haiti after considering it with Haitian authorities, Cuban foreign minister Bruno Rodriguez announced in New York.
Rodriguez told reporters that Cuba is willing to be part of trilateral projects with the United States, which have substantial reach and a real impact on the health situation of nations that receive such assistance.
According to Rodriguez, other sectors for cooperation would include the fight on drug trafficking and terrorism, two major problems affecting the world.
