Florida triggers a partial threat alert because of Tropical Storm Erika

The State Emergency Operations Center of Florida today activated a partial alert in response to Tropical Storm Erika, which threatens to reach next week the state turned a hurricane, according to forecasts from the American National Hurricanes Center.
In this situation, the state authorities said in a statement that triggered the "second level" warning to the "potential impact" of Erika.
