Exhibition by Cuban Artist Opens in Berlin

The exhibition "El Brillo de las momias" (The Brightness of Mummies), a personal exhibition by Cuban artist Nancy Torres, was opened at the Maria Reiche Hall in Berlin.
The mixed-technical exhibition recreates the plunder of the South American mummies by the conquistadors, and the works are the result of study and work by the artist since 1998.
At the opening, ambassadors Jose Antonio Meier, of the Republic of Peru, and Raul Becerra Egana, of Cuba, appreciated this possibility to present a so finished display in Berlin.
