This is good news because at least now Tony Guerrero is not in quite as horrendous an environment.

Of course this is dreadful but there probably willnot be as many lockdowns and he will have a bit less torturous conditions.

It remains heartrending that a man like Antonio Guerrero is imprisoned at all, but I breathed a sigh of relief when I got this message.

I have been locked in jail twice but for only a few hours each time. Yet I can always hear the sound of those doors slamming shut and I deeply admire anyone who can maintain his or her humanity behind bars for years and years.

The Cuban Five are truly heroes in so many senses of that word, including saving lives, loyalty, dedication, creativity, and most of all continuing love despite the hatred behind their persecution.
