Since the very start of the International Book Fair in Holguin, children have at the Manuel Dositeo Aguilera culture house a space for joy and learning thanks to the work made by the members of the Jose Marti brigade of art instructors.
Children have been amused there with different proposals brought by art instructors, mostly through taking to the stage the works they have rehearsed in the different elementary and junior high schools they have been working in.
Dance and music are the two artistic expressions reigning at the Culture House.
Choirs, singers and dance groups have been performing on the stage of the noted cultural institution in Holguin downtown.
The Spanish Ballet of Holguin and the ‘Dreams and Realities’ project by teacher Aracelis Garcia showed up on Saturday, and the small format groups performed on Sunday.
For several years in a row, art instructors have taken art to the audience attending the cultural events held at the Culture House in the also nicknamed Cuban City of the Parks during the Book Fair in Holguin.
