 The text Conversación en Las Terrazas, by the Cuban writer Reynaldo Gonzales, will be one of the newness of the Boloña Publishing House at the Havana 2010 International Book Fair, dedicated to this author.

The volume, inspired in the inhabitants of the Sierra del Rosario in the western province of Pinar del Rio, is a sociological story of the people of that area, who were part of a reforestation project, which started in 1968, as indicates the synopsis.

Another of the proposals will be Relatos, three autobiographical texts about the Countess of Merlin, which tell the story of the colonial times in the island.

The book Particularidades arqueológicas, about the restoration of Havana historic centre, by Lourdes Domínguez will be also on sale. The book is a collection of works about the excavations in that city and in other areas of the island.

To this book is added a second book dedicated to the urban regulations of that location.

The book fair also pays tribute to the Cuban historian and researcher, Maria del Carmen Barcia, 2003 Social Sciences National Award winner.

The book Los ilustres apellidos: negros en La Habana colonial, written by this author will be reprinted and on sale. This book was distinguished by the scientific and technical critic in 2008.

Boloña is the publishing House of the office of the Historian of the City. During last edition of the fair, they received one of the awards to the best stand.

The 19 International Book Fair Cuba 2010 will start the 11 of February in its usual venue, the Morro Cabaña Park at the other side of the Havana Bay.

Since Thursday Havana readers will be able to acquire the newness in 46 Havana bookstores.
