The Norwegian film exhibit was opened in the Cuba Cinematheque with the film Turbulent Waters directed by Erik Poppe, which is the first of seven films that will be exhibit until next January 17 in Havana.

The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Cuba first secretary Anne Heidi Kvalsoren said that this is the second time that this country exhibits its films in Havana and that they want to exhibit their most recent films, according to Cuban News Agency.

"We have brought different films, some of them are personal histories, and others are historic events", highlighted Kvalsoren.

We will exhibit Pathfinder by Nils Gaup, which a film based on 12th legend considered as one of the most important movies in the Norwegian film history, which have also been nominated to the Oscar Awards as best foreign film.

The Revelion Kautokeino also by Gaup that relate one of the most dramatic episodes in the north Scandinavia's history will be shown on Tuesday.

The public could enjoy on Wednesday Horten, by Bent Hamer, a surrealist view of North Europe, and Nord, of Rune by Denstad  Langlo.

The Eva Sorhaug's first work, Cold Lunch, a chorale drama about five people who live in the same district in Oslo, will be exhibited on Friday.

The Art of Negative Thinking by Bard Breien will close the exhibition on Sunday.
