Cuban musician Harold Gramatges received tribute in Germany
The event took place at the Lam Hall of the Cuban diplomatic office in that north western German city, with the participation of the composer David Graham and the guitar player Volker Haen. The musicians played famous pieces of the Cuban creator, such as Como el caudal de la fuente and Canción de Belisa.

The soprano Yolanda Hernandez, from the Cuban Lyric Theatre, paid tribute to Gramatges with Wie ein vater war er zu mir and with Penas, in a duet with Simone Stopperich.

The program included Síntesis and Retrato de un médico violinista by Haen, Hildrun Kastner, Ansgar Buchholz, y Konrad von Coello.

Gramatges, teacher of several generations of Cuban musicians was honoured six month after his death.
