The meeting brought together some 5,000 children interested in filmmaking, including 1,000 members of local cinema clubs.
Rural television and video halls, movie theaters and mobile equipment played an active role during the festival to take cinema to every corner of the province.
The theoretical section of the festival consisted of a workshop on film criticism and the traditional forum "The Audiovisual Universe of Cuban Children".
