Brower said he is very proud of having witnessed Prensa Latina be born 50 years ago at the initiative of Cuban Revolution leader Fidel Castro Ruz and Argentinean guerrilla Commander Ernesto Che Guevara.
Through Prensa Latina news correspondents in Russia, the artist wanted to convey a warm embrace to the news agency staff, and congratulated them for their 50th anniversary, to be marked on June 16.
Brower returned to Russia on his 70th birthday and the 35th anniversary of his performance in Moscow of the Aranjuez Concerto, by Spanish composer Joaquin Rodrigo. He will perform in the Kaluga region and at Moscow Rachmaninov Hall of the Tchaikovsky Conservatoire.
