The center, founded 15 years ago, supplies monoclonal antibodies to diagnose several hematological and immunological diseases.

It also produces all Coombs serums for fetal tests carried out by the National Mother-Child Program.

That way, LABEX will supply the reagents used to monitor the levels of lymphocytes and the evolution of HIV-AIDS patients.

LABEX's products will be supplied to the Territorial Center that attends to patients from the eastern provinces of Las Tunas, Camagüey, Holguín, Granma, Santiago de Cuba and Guantánamo.
