Experts from Cuba, Norway, France and Germany will participate in the Congress "Psicoterapia 2009," April 27-30 in this capital. Issues like individual and group psychotherapy, psychodrama, family and couples therapy make up the scientific agenda in the event, to be held at Hermanos Ameijeiras hospital.

There will be also several specialized workshops and a symposium on the current state of psychotherapy in Norway, Germany, France, Latin America, the United States and Cuba.

The Congress is sponsored, among others, by the Pan-American Health Organization, the Cuban Societies of Psychiatry, Health Psychology, Psychologists of Cuba, the French-Cuban Association of Psychiatry and Psychology, the Havana-based Higher Institute of Medicine, and the National Center for Sexual Education.
