Honduras and Dominican Republic Presidents at Havana University
Both statesmen will add to the prestige of that educational institution that has had recent participation by Rafael Correa (Ecuador), Cristina Fernandez (Argentina), Michelle Bachelet (Chile) and Alvaro Colom (Guatemala).

Zelaya and Fernandez debated in previous conferences with the island"s university students on the global economic crisis and the current integration process in Latin America.

Fernandez is carrying out an official visit to Cuba, in which he already met President Raul Castro to foster bilateral relations.

Zelaya´s working visit to Havana has included participation in the 11th International Economists Conference on Globalization and Problems of Development, with more than 1,500 delegates from 46 nations and three Nobel prizewinners.
