Cuban Boxers to Hungarian Tournament
Yankiel León (54 kilograms) and Carlos Banteur (69) lead the Antillean squad to the contest that also includes the bronze medalists Yampier Hernández (51), Rosniel Iglesias (64) and Osmay Acosta (91).

The Caribbean team also has the champions of the World Cup of Moscow 2008 Idel Torriente (60 kilograms) and Robert Alfonso (more than 91), also participants in the Chinese summer appointment.

The list is completed with world junior champions Rey Eduardo Recio (75) and José Larduet (81) and the national vice champions Daniel Matellón (48) and Yasniel Toledo (57).

The two absent since Beijing are Andry Laffita (51) who already went into retirement, and Emilio Corrrea (75), in full recovery of a surgery.

The Hungarian tournament will mark the international premiere of Cuban boxing in 2009 that will have its competition summit in the World Championship, foreseen for the end of August in the Italian city of Milan.
