Cuban Triple Jumper Yargelis Savigne Wins in Malmoe
The 2007 Osaka World Champion began with jumps of 6.36, 6.53 and 6.57, committed a foul on her fourth, and jumped 6.57 on her fifth and sixth to beat out Jade Jonson from England who finished second and Margorzata Trybanska from Poland who finished third.

In her debut in Gotemburgo, Sweden, she finished second with a jump of 6.63 meters, behind Russian Yelena Sokolova (6.65).

On Friday, Cuban sprinter Anay Tejeda will take to the track in France and then again on Saturday in Stuttgart, Germany.

After two changes, it has been announced that world record and Olympic title holder in the 110 meter hurdles Dayron Robles will debut next Tuesday in Lievin, France.
