One of those projects is the plant that will make the elements to build houses using a material known as PVC. The plant will start up operations in January to supply the housing modules.

Construction brigades are working on the equipment naves, carpentry, storehouses and electrical networks, and are building a cistern.

At the same time, four storage tanks will be built in the local refinery, and local experts are assembling a power generator to produce 20 megawatts using fuel oil.
