Dr. Angel Bravo, representative of the Cuban Ministry of Education, outlined the sequence of the congress, from the grassroots to the international meeting.

Jamaican professors expressed interest in Cuba's expertise in primary and adult education.

Dr. Bravo also explained the facilities and ways to attend the congress, which will be held at Havana's International Conference Center, and noted the importance for Jamaica to constitute its delegation on time.

Also present at the meeting was Cuban Ambassador Gisela Garcia.
