Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe to Cuba
According to a note, the top official's visit will allow reinforcing the friendship and cooperation links that characterize bilateral relations.

During his stay on the Island, the visitor is expected to meet with governmental authorities and members of the Communist Party of Cuba, and visit places of economic, social, and cultural interest.

Branco graduated in international relations and business administration, and public administration and development management. His political life began in 1974.

He directed the National Oil Agency from 2004 to 2007, and was elected prime minister and head of government of the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Prince on June 22, 2008.
