Granma's front page emphasized that this third visit takes place within the efforts the Cuban-Russian intergovernmental commission for Economic, Scientific-Technical and Commercial Collaboration between the two countries' institutions and business circles.

It added that the work is aimed at continuing to boost trade, investments and joint research.

During the stay the Russian delegation will hold talks with Council of Ministers' Vice President Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz, co-president of the Intergovernmental Commission and other Cuban government leaders, according to Granma.
