Cuba Health Team Honored in Bolivia
In the ceremony, Cuban ambassador Rafael Dausa pointed out that since the hospital was inaugurated in July 2006, over 18,000 free consultations have been given and more than 16,000 surgical operations realized.

The head of the Cuban medical brigade, Maria Isabel Martinez, called upon the doctors to keep providing low-income patients with high quality service.

Cuban deputies Ana Fidelia Quirot, Jorge Gonzales, and Jose Luis Toledo, who are making a visit to Bolivia, also attended the ceremony.
