Da Wei, a directive of the China’s Photographers Association, announced that a 500-photo exhibit titled “China Today” will soon arrive in Havana, along a group of photography experts who will work on a new photo exhibit about the Cuban people
to be displayed in Beijing next year.
Cuban ambassador to China Carlos Miguel Pereira said that Cuba culture has become inseparable component of national identity and of the battle for a new and better society.
The gala also counted on the performance of children from the Cuba-China Friendship School, who brought to stage classic music interpreted with traditional Chinese instruments.
