With the incorporation of the 150 new graduates there are currently 700 art teachers in the territory who help the development of dance, plastic arts, music and theatre.  

This group of youngsters will contribute to the holding of artistic appreciation and creation workshops in daycare centers, and other educational centers, as well as the increase of amateur artists.  

Since the program was created in 2000, its main objective has been to enhance the shaping of children and young people, and turn the schools into the most important cultural centers of the communities.
