Yusa, who has a classic formation (studied guitar in three prestigious Cuban conservatoires), sings composes and plays the electric bass, the piano and the percussion. She has three Cd´s and a DVD "Yusa live at Ronnie Scott"s" and has been recognized by the most demanding critic, as a vital component of the new Cuban music.

As a bass player she had great successes as part of the "trío planetario", with whom she chose the Brazilian Lenine for her Cd and DVD Lenine InCité. Lenine InCité won a Latino Grammy and several Tim awards.

Yusa arrives to Mexico for the first time as a member of "Interactivo", the most interesting group of the current Cuban music, who will make a concert season at the Zinco Jazz Club.
