Robles, 21, crossed the finish line in 13.17 seconds by Oliver’s 13.02. The American had finished in the third position in the Beijing Olympic Games last month.

This is only the second time Dayron Robles loses this year, on both occasions to Oliver. The first one was on June 2 in Berlin.

Jamaican Richard Phillips (13.45) placed third on Tuesday.
