Nguyen Tan Dung called for diverse cooperation, and to prioritize joint projects and new plans that strengthen both parties.
The departing ambassador reiterated his personal commitment to continue working for the constant development of the traditional fraternity, solidarity and bilateral cooperation ties.
Hours before, Aise Sotolongo received the Medal for Peace and Friendship in recognition for his active contribution to the development of closer relations between Vietnam and Cuba.
This highest decoration granted by the Vietnamese Friendship Associations was given to Sotolongo by Vu Xuan Hong, a national legislator and president of the organization, who highlighted the Cuban Ambassador's work in Vietnam.
