According to Granma news daily, during his stay in Cuba, Spencer, who is also the current president of the Group of the 77 (G-77) plus China, will hold official talks with Raul Castro and with other senior government officials.
This visit will contribute to the strengthening of bilateral ties between Cuba and Antigua and Barbuda. It will also help strengthen coordination links between the G-77 plus China and the Movement of Non Aligned Countries, which Cuba currently presides over.
