Renan Guillermo González, director of the Yucatan Institute of Cultura, stressed that the links signed in the document aims to promote and incentivate the exchange, training and knowledge for both peoples in the artistic and cultural field.
He highlighted the decision which will contribute to raise the quality of the disciplines included in the agreement to benefit all those participating.
The ceremony was presided by the Government Secretary Rolando Zapata and the Cuban cónsul, Juan Socorro.
