Silvios songs drawn
The Spanish artist Luis Alberto Romero will expose his paintings next week, inspired by the Cuban singer Silvio Rodriguez, at the Cinematographic Cultural Center of the Cuban Institute of Art and Cinematographic Industry of Havana.

In statements to EFE, the painter explained that the seventeen oils paintings have a "symbolist, very detailed and descriptive thematic" which are "a little sad, but tender and romantic."

Its a collection of paintings where Silvio Rodriguezs songs are reflected and that also show Cuba and his own experiences.

Romero commented that it was Silvio Rodriguez himself who invited him to Havana after knowing his work in a previous exhibition of the painter from Soria in the Cuban city of Holguin.

Thanks to this first exhibition, Romero could appreciate the good welcome of Cubans toward his work, since as he noticed the singer who inspired all the works, is "very famous and loved in Cuba", hence he expects this "pleasant experience" to be repeated.
