Cuba's First Vice President Raúl Castro received the Secretary General of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nong Duc Manh, at the Council of Ministers headquarters in Havana on Friday.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Havana, Pham Tien Tu, said the parties will ink accords in several fields, contributing to strengthen the links between the two countries.
A Joint Statement will also be issued at the end of the talks, he added.
Cuba is the fourth and last leg in Manh's Latin American tour, also including Chile, Brazil and Venezuela.
