Magic on stage in Las Tunas, Cuba

Development of the art of magic in Cuba can thank the festival in the eastern Cuban province for its promotion. In fact, with the recent reopening of the citys main theater a cultural resurgence is taking place in Las Tunas.
The performances of magicians from several countries are taking place in theaters, public plazas, communities, schools, daycare centers, health centers. This years event began on Monday and continues through November 27.
A new local company, Huracan Magico, is one of the sensations including its popular Los Lobel, a duet of husband and wife Yarusbel Tellez and Fernando Rodriguez. The group also includes the child magicians Gretel and Marlon Acosta, children of magicians Angela Amado and Osvaldo Acosta.
