Millions of Cubans could learn English by computer through a new system that will come into effect on November in the Island, sources released.

The national director of Computing and Electronic Youth Club Movement (JCCE) Raul Van Troi told the press there will be two laboratories in each province aimed to teach this language during the 24 hours a day.

For this purpose there are 170 machines available that will permit the increasing access of Cubans to the new technology and benefits.

Van Troi stated the service will become wider in every one of the 169 Cuban municipalities on March 2007.

This unprecedented event is part of the JCCE offers and became the institutions added values with its contribution to general and comprehensive culture training in the Cuban population.

Those projects will raise life quality of the Cubans as part of the human resources new training programs.
