FEU Congress
The 7th Cuban University Students Federation (FEU) Congress keeps debating Tuesday with meetings in seven working commissions in several university centers of this capital.

Agendas include defense of the Homeland and humanity, Cuban university students ensuring the Revolution s political invulnerability, the role of this organization in the country s social tasks and the process of universalization of teaching and its relation with the FEU, among others.

The Congress official opening ceremony included a special performance of the Cuban National Ballet.

Furthermore, the Ernesto Che Guevara Policlinic-Hospital was opened to assist over 10,000 students and 4,000 workers and professors from the capital s Computer Sciences University.

In this FEU congress, whose final sessions started on Monday in this computer higher education center, delegates exchanged with ministers of Education, Higher Education and a deputy minister of Public Health.

The event is attended by 777 delegates, of them 17 foreigners and 300 guests, including rectors and deans, political and grass-roots leaders, outstanding students, as well as Medicine and Sports students from several countries.
